Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Wednesday, June 28, 2017 called for six o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber. Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin and Mrs. Smayda. This Special Meeting was for the purpose of discussing Capital Projects: Miscellaneous Street Reconstruction; Municipal Parking Structures Rehabilita- tion; Heavy Duty Rolling Stock; Self Contained Breathing Apparatus; site plan extension for a project at 95 South Broadway and 4 Lyon Place, and the entertainment of a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing the settlement of litigation in the matter of Yesennia Garcia vs. The City of White Plains. After discussion Mr. Kirkpatrick made a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing the settlement of litigation in the matter of Yesennia Garcia vs. The City of White Plains. 1290 COMMON COUNCIL MINUTES June 28, 2017 Mr. Martin seconded the motion. Carried. Mr. Kirkpatrick made a motion to resume the Special Meeting. Mr. Martin seconded the motion. Carried.
