Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Monday, July 31, 2017 called for six o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room. Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin and Mrs. Smayda. Absent: Mr. Kirkpatrick. This Special Meeting was for the purpose of discussing Capital Projects: Ice Rink Locker and Bathroom Improvements; Public Safety Building Bathroom/ Lockers Renovations; Electronic Device Replacement - Fire and Police; and the entertainment of a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing the settlement of litigation in the matter of The City of White Plains vs. Joseph Maria, P.C. and Joseph A. Maria, Esq. Mr. Martin made a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing the settlement of litigation in the matter of The City of White Plains vs. Joseph Maria, P.C. and Joseph A. Maria, Esq. Mr. Krolian seconded the motion. 1496 COMMON COUNCIL MINUTES July 31, 2017 Carried. Mr. Martin made a motion to resume the Special Meeting. Mr. Krolian seconded the motion. Carried.
