Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Tuesday, April 17, 2018 called for six thirty o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room, Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mr. Brasch, Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin - Absent: Mr. Krolian This Special Meeting was for the purpose of providing an overview of the Proposed City of White Plains Budget for Fiscal Year 2018 - 2019.
