Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Tuesday, April 24, 2018 called for six thirty o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room, Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mr. Brasch, Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Martin - Absent: Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona and Mr. Kirkpatrick, with the latter two participating by phone. This Special Meeting was for the purpose of discussing the Proposed 2018 - 2019 Tax Budget of the City of White Plains, and specifically in relation to the Proposed Budgets as follows: Community Services: White Plains Public Library; Department of Recreation and Parks; Youth Bureau; and, Department of Public Works; Department of Public Safety; Department of Parking.
