Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Monday, April 30, 2018 called for six thirty o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room, Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mr. Brasch, Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona - Absent: Mr. Martin, and Mr. Kirkpatrick, participating by phone. This Special Meeting was for the purpose of discussing: Capital Projects in relation to Miscellaneous Storm Water Rehabilitation, Park Walkway Improve- ments, Miscellaneous Street Reconstruction; a proposal by White Plains Hospital for the construction of a new hospital building at Maple and Longview Avenues.; a proposal by Kite Realty for the redesign of the pedestrian plaza on the east side of the City Center Mall; a proposal by Ross Associates for the re- development of 440 Hamilton Avenue; a proposal for Real Properties Tax Credits for Owners of Designated Landmark Properties; and the proposed designation of Good Counsel Campus as a Local Landmark. 862 COMMON COUNCIL MINUTES April 30, 2018 On motion of Council President Martin, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting.
