donation in the amount of $1,412.49 from Berkeley College and to direct

authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to revise the contract with the
County of Westchester acting on behalf of the Westchester Putnam
Investment Board through the Westchester Workforce Development
Academy for Youth, to fund the Workforce Investment and Opportunity
Act (WIOA) youth employment services for out of school youth, 16 to 24
year of age for the period beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30,
2020 by reducing the funding from $198,000 to $189,000. ADOPTED

49. Communication from the Mayor in relation to extending for an additional year
compensatory benefits for City officers and employees who are members of
the armed forces reserves who are ordered to active military duty. F/S

employees who are members of the armed forces reserves and who are
ordered to active military duty pursuant to Executive Order 13223
