1. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to the settlement of certain tax
review proceedings. F/S
2. Ordinance authorizing the settlement of certain tax review proceedings.

3. Communication from Corporation Counsel in relation to an amendment to a previously
approved license agreement between the City and Metro North Commuter Railroad
Company authorizing the City to grant certain permanent easements to the Metropolitan
Transportation Authority instead of Metro North Commuter Railroad Company as
previously authorized in connection with the renovation of the White Plains Railroad
Station. F/S
4. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the
Mayor or his designee to enter into a further amended license agreement
between the City of White Plains and Metro North Commuter Railroad Company
related to construction activities for the renovation of the White Plains Railroad
Station, and to authorize the City to grant certain permanent easements to the
Metropolitan Transportation Authority instead of Metro North Commuter Railroad

6. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains approving and
ratifying the October 17, 2019 Stipulation of Agreement between the negotiating
representatives of the City of White Plains and the Professional Fire Fighters
Association, Inc., authorizing the Mayor to direct the Budget Director to transfer
the necessary funds, the Commissioner of Finance to start payments under the
agreement, and authorizing the Mayor to enter into a collective bargaining

7. Resolution of the Common Council of the City of White Plains to provide,
pursuant to Chapter 674 fo the Laws of 2003, the age 55 retirement without the

Municipal Code, Water Rules and Regulations prescribed by the Commissioner

15. Communication from Commissioner of Finance in relation to the sale of 146
Orawaupum Street with the net proceeds to be transferred to the Debt Service Fund,
and to authorize the Budget Director to make the appropriate budget amendment for

16. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the
Mayor to direct the Budget Director to amend the FY 2019-2020 General Fund

City’s Real Estate Committee that certain properties be dedicated for general municipal

Plains and the New York Knicks, LLC, to provide a youth basketball clinic, a
