accept an award from the Westchester Invest in Kids Program on behalf of the
City of White Plains (through its Youth Bureau) to be used to continue the
Healthy and Fit for Life Program, for the period of January 1, 2020 through
December 31, 2022, and to amend the FY 2019-2020 Youth Development Fund

19. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to an agreement with the
County of Westchester Invest In Kids Program to accept an award in the amount of
$46,000 per year for three years to support the Youth Court Program. F/S

Mayor, or his designee, to execute an agreement with the Westchester County to
receive an award in the amount of $46,000 per year for three years to support
the Youth Court Program - Social Justice for Youth, and to authorize the Budget
Director to amend the FY 2019-2020 Youth Development Fund to reflect this

21. Communication from Director, Youth Bureau, in relation to an agreement with
Westchester County Invest In Kids Program to accept an award to support the Step Up!

the Westchester County Invest In Kids Program on behalf of the City of White
Plains (through its Youth Bureau) to be used to continue the Step Up! Program,
