Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mr. Brasch, Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick., Mr. Martin, Ms. Presser, Mrs. Puja and the Mayor. This Special Meeting was for the purpose of a motion to enter into executive session to discuss matters leading to the appointment of a particular person.
