Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mr. Brasch, Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Martin, Ms. Presser, Mrs. Puja and the Mayor. This Special Meeting was for the purpose of discussing: Living Word Christian Church proposed site plan amendment; 10 Dekalb Ave LLC, proposed site plan amendment; Municipal Code new Chapter 4-30, establishing a Paper Carryout Bag Reduction Fee; Site plan application for Hamilton Green; Bright- core Energy LLC Agreement to provide high efficiency LED lighting fixtures at City Properties On motion of Council President Hunt-Robinson, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. 354 COMMONCOUNCILMINUTES February 24,2020 Anne M.
