Absent: Mr. Kirkpatrick. This Special Meeting of the Common Council was called to consider the nomination of Elisabeth Wallace as Personnel Officer, and to discuss: a Presentation from Sustainable Westchester; a Capital Project: Miscellaneous Street Reconstruction; the proposed sale of City-owned property at 49 - 51 Robertson Avenue; and a proposed amendment to Fee-In-Lieu in relation to parking requirements. Communication from the Mayor. Council President Hunt-Robinson moved that it be filed and spread in full upon the minutes and approved.
