Public Hearing in relation to amending the District Plan of the White Plains Downtown Business Improvement District to change the maximum amount which can be expended by the district management association. OPEN/CLOSED 2. Local Law No. 1 for 2023 entitled, “A Local Law to Amend the District Plan of the White Plains Downtown Business Improvement District to change the maximum amount which can be expended by the district management association pursuant to the District Plan of the White Plains Downtown Business Improvement District annually for improvements, services, maintenance and operations from $750,000 to $1,500,000.” ADOPTED 7-0 ORDINANCE: 3. Communication from the Mayor requesting authorization to accept a grant in the amount of $185,000 to assist in funding the purchase of an electric garbage truck. F/S 4. Ordinance of the Common Council of the City of White Plains authorizing the Mayor, or his designee, to enter into an agreement to accept a $185,000 grant to assist in funding the purchase of an electric garbage truck.” ADOPTED 7-0
