WHITEFISH ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE MINUTES August 16, 2022 The meeting was called to order by Diane Kane at 8:15 AM PRESENT: Christine Bleyhl, Diane Kane, Ryan Kiefer, Paul McElroy, Tracy Rossi ABSENT: Leslie Lowe, (one vacancy) STAFF: Wendy Compton-Ring, Alan Tiefenbach PUBLIC COMMENT: none MINUTES: The minutes from August 2, 2022 were unanimously approved. OLD BUSINESS 75 & 86 Serpentine Circle, Quarry III, Will MacDonald (ARC 22-08) The applicant described the changes to the site plan to add the landscaping between the two buildings. Added a vision panel to the door with a roof element and windows above the door that will also add light to the stairwell. The applicant also shared the material samples. Christine – likes the addition of the path through the center of the project I the landscaped area Paul – the landscaped area works Ryan – less pavement is always better Diane – the change to the door looks better The applicant and the Committee discussed the actual materials and the metal Ryan – good to break up the wood Paul – it is a large detail though on the building; loves the colors and materials Ryan – question about the railings match the siding – 50% transparent – ‘stealth bomber’ color; powder coated Motion: Tracy – move to approve as submitted Christine – 2nd Discussion: none Vote: motion passes unanimously NEW BUSINESS none 1 OTHER ITEMS The Committee looked a couple of items to determine whether they needed full Committee review.
