Sustainable Tourism Management Plan Standing Committee March 19, 2024 @ 2:00 P.M. Minutes 1) Call To Order Brian Schott called the meeting to order. Members present were Liz Colley, Matt Gebo, Heather Cauffman, Steve Kane, Mark Pascoli, Michelle Howke, Maria Joos. Ella Kobelt was absent. Consultant Kate McMahon, Executive Director Julie Mullins and Nate with WLP were in attendance. 2) Approval of February 20, 2023, Minutes Steve made a motion, seconded by Mariah to approve the minutes. The motion carried. 3) Community Meeting preparation The Committee reviewed and discussed data information to include in the PowerPoint for the Community Workshop. 4) Updates from the Committee Michelle reported Codi Evenson, Short-Term Rental Specialist/Code Compliance Officer started on March 18th. 5) Public Comment None 6) Next Meeting: April 3rd, Community Meeting @ City Hall April 16, 2024 7) Adjourn The meeting was adjourned at 3:25pm
