November 25, 2025 Finance Committee Meeting Minutes Motion to approve the consent agenda made by Patrick Singer, Seconded by Mike Smith. Voting Yes: Brian Schanen, Patrick Singer and Mike Smith. Seeking Common Council approval of the Vendor Remote Access Policy to establish standardized security requirements for vendor remote access to City systems, including critical infrastructure.
