CITY OF WILLARD BOARD OF ALDERMEN JANUARY 26TH, 2009 11:00 A.M. Board present: Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft; Aldermen Louie Amodeo; Aldermen Joe Cosby; Aldermen Dale Duvall; and Aldermen Bryan Vincent. Aldermen Richard Simpson and Aldermen Paul C. Hood were not present. Also in attendance: City Clerk, Kathy Blakemore; Community Relations Officer/Deputy City Clerk, Kate Gould; CFO, Karen Robson; Director of Development, Randy Brown; Director of Public Works, Charlie Jones; Director of Parks and Recreations, Kevin McDonald; Court Clerk, Linda Murray; Chief of Police, Tom McClain; and City Attorney, Sativa Boatman-Sloan. Guest present: Lin Schneider with Cross Country Times. Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft called the meeting to order. Citizens Input None Financial Statements Financial Statements: Motion made by Aldermen Duvall with second by Aldermen Amodeo to approve the December Financial Statements. Board of Aldermen Minutes Page 1 of 3 January 26th, 2009 JIS Printer: The city received three bids-New Egg.com in the amount of $699.99; Hewlett- Packard in the amount of $899.99; and Staples in the amount of $899.99. This expenditure will be reimbursed by the State after the purchase. Motion made by Aldermen Vincent with second by Aldermen Duvall to approve the purchase of JIS Printer from New Egg.com in the amount of $699.99. Ordinance-Addendum with Sullivan Publications for Codification BILL NO. 09-01 ORDINANCE NO. 090126 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE ADDENDUM BETWEEN THE CITY OF WILLARD AND SULLIVAN PUBLICATIONS, INC. REGARDING UPDATE WORK AND PAYMENT PROVISIONS FOR THE CODIFICATION. First reading by City Clerk, Kathy Blakemore.
