Board of Aldermen Meeting

CITY OF WILLARD BOARD OF ALDERMEN-SPECIAL MEETING APRIL 21, 2009 5:00 P.M. Board present: Aldermen Doug Johnson, Aldermen Pat Lloyd, Aldermen Paul Hood, Aldermen Dale Duvall and Aldermen Bryan Vincent. Also present: Deputy City Clerk, Kate Gould, CFO, Karen Robson, and City Attorney Doug Harpool. Mayor Pro-tem Pat Lloyd called the meeting to order. Roll Call Deputy City Clerk, Kate Gould called the roll call. Aldermen Simpson----------; Aldermen Johnson-Present; Aldermen Lloyd-Present; Mayor Schoolcraft-----------, Aldermen Hood---------; Aldermen Duvall-Present; and Aldermen Vincent-Present. Closed Session Chapter 610.021 #3-Personnel Mayor Pro-tem Pat Lloyd stated that the board would be going into executive session to discuss Chapter 610.021 #3-Personnel. Motion made by Aldermen Vincent and seconded by Aldermen Johnson to close the open session and open the executive session. Aldermen Johnson-I; Aldermen Lloyd-I; Aldermen Duvall-I; Aldermen Vincent-I. All votes aye. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned to executive session. During the executive session, Aldermen Hood arrived for the meeting. Motion made by Aldermen Johnson and seconded by Aldermen Vincent to close the executive session and open the open session.
