Staff present: Director of Development, Randy Brown; Parks and Recreation Director, Kevin McDonald; City Clerk, Dale Duvall and City Attorney, Paul Link. Guest present; Christie Parrish-Dalkey, Mark Conrad, Trevor Wood and Garth Adcock of T- Mobile. Roll Call City Clerk, Dale Duvall called roll call- Lucille Murray-present; Valorie Simpson-present; Charlie Gugel-present; Mayor Schoolcraft-present; Pat Lloyd-present; Dale Duvall-present. Robert Taylor ----------. Agenda Amendments/Approval of Agenda City Clerk Dale Duvall noted that the public hearing for the conditional use permit needed to be added as item number six. Motion by Valorie Simpson with a second by Dale Duvall to approve the agenda with the above change. Approve Minutes 9/29/2009 Motion by Lucille Murray with a second by Charles Gugel to approve the minutes from the September 22, 2009 meeting. Citizen Input No citizen input Attorney Paul Link opened the PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR T-MOBILE. There were no comments or questions from citizens so the public hearing was closed.
