Board of Aldermen Meeting

CITY OF WILLARD BOARD OF ALDERMEN MARCH 25, 2010-SPECIAL MEETING 6:30 P.M. Board present: Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft; Aldermen Richard Simpson; Aldermen Pat Lloyd; Aldermen Paul Hood; and Aldermen Bryan Vincent. Not present were Aldermen Doug Johnson and Aldermen Louie Amodeo. Also in attendance: Deputy City Clerk, Kate Gould; Director of Development, Randy Brown; Parks and Recreation Director, Kevin McDonald, and City Attorney, Sativa Boatman-Sloan. Guest present: Darrell and Danette Proctor. Public Hearing Attorney Sativa Boatman-Sloan announced that the Public Hearing to consider the request for rezoning of 409 S. Miller Road, Willard, MO from “C-1” to “C-2” general business district was opened. Citizen Input Mr. Proctor spoke in favor of the rezoning and asked the Board of Aldermen to approve the rezoning to allow for commercial growth. The public hearing was closed by Attorney Boatman-Sloan. Mayor Schoolcraft called the meeting to order. Rezoning from C-1 to C-2, 409 S. Miller Road Ordinance 1st and 2nd Reading BILL NO. 10-05 ORDINANCE NO. 100325 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REQUEST FOR ZONING CHANGE OF PROPERTY FROM A C-1 DISTRICT TO A C-2 DISTRICT. First reading was conducted by Deputy City Clerk, Kate Gould.
