Board of Aldermen Meeting

CITY OF WILLARD BOARD OF ALDERMEN SPECIAL MEETING July 6, 2011 6:30 P.M. Board present- Alderman David Roggensees, Alderman David Hemphill, Alderman Ed Simmons, Alderman Cyndi Trapp, Alderman Tim Magee, and Mayor Tom Keltner. Alderman Bryan Vincent was not present. Staff present- City Clerk, Dale Duvall and Chief Financial Officer, Karen Robson. Also present- Kirk Reisner of Advisor Insurance and City attorney Ken Reynolds. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 by Mayor Keltner. Roll Call Alderman Roggensees-present; Alderman Hemphill-present; Alderman Trapp- present; Mayor Keltner-present; Alderman Simmons-present; Alderman Magee- present; and Alderman Vincent----. Closed Session Motion made by Alderman Simmons and seconded by Alderman Magee to go into closed session to discuss Personnel (#1) and (# 3). Alderman Simmons-Aye; Alderman Hemphill-Aye; Alderman Trapp-Aye; Alderman Roggensees-Aye; Alderman Magee-Aye; and Alderman Vincent---. All votes aye. Motion carried. Close/Reopen/Adjourn Meeting Motion made by Alderman Simmons and seconded by Alderman Hemphill to adjourn the executive session, open the open session and adjourn the meeting.
