CLOSED SESSION
November 13, 2012

Board Present: Aldermen David Hemphill, Aldermen Cindy Trapp, Mayor Tom Keltner, Aldermen Bryan
Vincent and Aldermen Ed Simmons. Aldermen David Roggensees and Alderman Johnson were not
present.
Staff Present: Dale Duvall, City Clerk; Nick Heatherly and Tom McClain, Chief of Police.
The Mayor called the meeting to order at 5:35 p.m.
Motion made by Alderman Simmons and seconded by Alderman Trapp to adjourn the open session and
go into executive session pursuant to section # (3) Personnel. Aldermen Simmons-Aye; Aldermen Trapp-
Aye; Aldermen Hemphill-Aye and Aldermen Vincent-Aye. All votes aye. Motion carried.
Adjourn Executive Meeting
Motion made by Aldermen Vincent and seconded by Aldermen Hemphill to adjourn the closed session.
Aldermen Hemphill-Aye; Aldermen Trapp-Aye; Aldermen Simmons-Aye and Aldermen Vincent-Aye.
All votes aye. Motion carried.
