Board of Aldermen Meeting

CITY OF WILLARD BOARD OF ALDERMAN CLOSED SESSION November 18, 2013 7:00 PM Board Present: Alderman David Hemphill, Mayor Wendell Forshee, Alderman Bryan Vincent, Alderman Johnson and Alderman McDonald. Alderman David Roggensees and Alderman Cindy Trapp were not present. Staff Present: Dale Duvall, City Clerk; and Karen Robson, CFO; and City Attorney, Ken Reynolds. The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll Call The City Clerk called the roll call. Alderman Trapp----, Alderman Hemphill-present, Alderman Vincent- present. Alderman McDonald-present, Alderman Roggensees---- , Mayor Forshee-present.and Alderman Johnson-present. Motion made by Alderman Vincent and seconded by Alderman Hemphill to go into closed session pursuant to section 610.021 (#3) Personnel and (#13) Personnel. Alderman Vincent-Aye, Alderman Hood-Aye, Alderman McDonald-Aye, Alderman Trapp-Aye, Alderman Roggensees- Aye and Alderman Hemphill- Aye. All votes aye. Motion carried. Motion made by Alderman Vincent and seconded by Alderman Hemphill to close closed session, go into open and close the open session. Alderman Vincent-Aye, Alderman Hood-Aye, Alderman McDonald-Aye, Alderman Trapp-Aye, Alderman Roggensees-Aye and Alderman Hemphill- Aye. All votes aye. Motion carried.
