Robert Taylor was not present. Also in attendance: Community Relations Officer/Deputy City Clerk, Kate Gould; Director of Development, Randy Brown; and City Attorney, Doug Harpool. Guest present: Gatha Yates. Chairmen Dale Duvall called the meeting to order. Minutes 05/27/08 Motion made by Lucille Murray with second by Bradley Dalton to approve the minutes of the regular meeting on May 27th, 2008. All votes yes. Motion carried. Elect Chairmen, Vice Chairmen, and Executive Secretary Motion made by Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft with second by Bradley Dalton to elect Dale Duvall as Chairmen. Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft-I; Valorie Simpson-I; Lucille Murray-I; Bradley Dalton- I; Charlie Gugel-I; and Dale Duvall-I. All votes yes. Motion carried. Motion made by Mayor Jamie Schoolcraft with second by Dale Duvall to elect Lucille Murray as Vice Chairmen. Citizens Input None Old Business City Attorney, Doug Harpool stated that the City of Springfield building regulations are done. Look for them in the near future.
