Agenda Special Village of Williamsville Village Board Meeting Williamsville Village Hall, 5565 Main St. September 9, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Resolution PIAZZA #1 WHEREAS, Support of the Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) and under the category the NYS Your State Clean Water State Revolving Fund in the development of an EFC WIIA & IMG Application for the Village of Williamsville Sewer Improvement Project. WHEREAS, the Village of Williamsville Sewer Improvement Project will provide the matching funds required to complete the project up to 75% as a WIIA (25% grant) project and if awarded through IMG (40% grant) the Village match will be 60% of the project total. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of the Village of Williamsville is hereby authorized and directed to file an application with the Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) and under the category the NYS Your State Clean Water State Revolving Fund (WIIA and IMG Grant Program) to request grant funding for the development of the Village of Williamsville Sewer Improvement Project. ETU #1 RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign a 2-year contract with Municipal Solution, Inc. for the renewal in connection with the general financial services for the Village of Williamsville. YATES #1 RESOLVED, that when the Village issues certain bonds and notes with an Official Statement, it agrees to disclose information on a periodic and continuing basis to the investing public for the life of the issue, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign a 2-year contract with Municipal Solutions, Inc. for assistance with the Continuing Disclosure filings and regulations. MURPHY #1 RESOLVED, that the Village Board approves the contract with Municipal Solutions, Inc. for the proposed refunding of the Village of Williamsville’s 2011 Public Improvement Serial Bond, and THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the contract for the Refunding of the 2011 Public Improvement Serial Bond with Municipal Solutions, Inc.
