Village of Williamsville Special Village Board Meeting Agenda 5565 Main Street, Williamsville, New York October 15, 2019 at 6:00pm Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call MURPHY #1 RESOLVED, that Change Order #1 for Milherst Construction, Inc. for credit issued for reducing the overall paved width of Cadman Drive in the amount of $18,801.25; AND FURTHER RESOLVED, that Change Order #2 for Milherst Construction, Inc. for additional work on Cadman Drive to include concrete driveway repairs & drainage structures in the amount of $16,379.00 and new drainage catch basins (2) with frames & grates, excavate & dispose, bedding stone, and connect to new 6” inderdrain in the amount of $3,989.00; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that Change Orders # 1 & #2 for Milherst Construction for the additional work as described above on the Cadman Drive Road project #838, are hereby approved for the net amount of $1,566.75 PIAZZA #1 RESOLVED, that Change Order #3 for Milherst Construction, Inc. for the repair or replacement of an additional 12 catch basins on the Cadman Drive Road project #838, is hereby approved in the amount of $40,856.52 ETU #1 RESOLVED, that Change Order #1 for Trane U.S., Inc. to supply and intall new breaker and wiring for unit heaters on the HVAC upgrades and improvements project, is hereby approved in the amount of $1,550.00; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that funding is being provided by a grant through Senator Michael Ranzenhofer and administered through the DormItory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY). YATES #1 RESOLVED, that Williamsville Department of Public Works (DPW) employees, Benjamin Vilonen, David Klein, Adam Oehmler and Keith Hehr are hereby authorized to travel to Rochester, New York on October 16, 2019 to attend the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, Division of Lands and Forests – Urban Forestry 2019 Releaf Workshop – Pruning Workshop, at a cost not to exceed $300.00, to be paid by the Village of Williamsville.
