RESOLVED that Corey Joss of 67 Hillside Avenue, Cheektowaga, is hereby appointed full-time, 35
hours per week, as the Senior Account Clerk Typist, at a rate of $16.48/hour, with a start date of
November 2, 2020. This is an Erie County Civil Service position, so Ms. Joss is hired provisionally
until the time this exam is given and she meets the requirements of Erie County Civil Service.

RESOLVED, to adopt Local Law #12 of 2020 to amend Chapter 89 (Streets and Sidewalks) to
authorize the safe operation of bicycles on Village sidewalks.

WHEREAS, the Village Administrator advertised for sealed bids for the purchase of a Magnetic
Vehicle Exhaust System;
WHEREAS, bids were opened publicly at 3:30pm on Tuesday, October 26th, 2020; and
WHEREAS, two bids were received for this equipment, but one bid was rejected due to not meeting
the specs in several areas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the bid for the purchase of a Magnetic Vehicle
Exhaust System is hereby awarded to Air Cleaning Systems of Latham, New York for their bid of
$89,992.00, which will be funded through an AFG FEMA Grant.

RESOLVED, that Change Order #2 for D & H Paving LLC. for additional street striping of “fog
lines” on Oakgrove from Main to Park and Glen Ave. from Mill to Reist for project #840, is hereby
approved in the amount of $6,325.00.

RESOLVED, that Peter Warn is hereby appointed to the Glen Park Joint Board through June 30,
2023.
