Vernon Rd., Snyder $13.50 Wilenski, Ethan 85 Brookside Dr., Williamsville $13.50 PIAZZA #1 WHEREAS, the property adjacent to the corner of Main St. and Hirschfield Dr. has been developed by the property owner; and WHEREAS, the building falls on both the Village of Williamsville property located at 5933 Main St. and the Town of Amherst property located at 5949 Main St.; and WHEREAS, various items have been discussed with regard to the building, including Code Enforcement Services and Fire Protection services, among others, resulting in an Inter-Municipal Agreement between the Village of Williamsville and the Town of Amherst that was signed in 2016; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a renewal of said Inter-Municipal Agreement with the Town of Amherst for the next five (5) years.
