Photo of existing rear facade. *Note as per Tim Masters, Village Code Enforcement Officer – “The cooler will be placed in the rear of the building as shown, and as I mentioned to Mary, no brick is proposed to be removed. Doorway opening will be framed into the black wood section of the rear where it seems an old overhead door was installed at some point. Really no changes to the Historical portions of the building will be taking place. The cooler is free standing and will simply have the doorway access from the inside of the space.
