Authorize funding from the 2022-2023 Budget Contingency account to fund repairs to the Island Park Dam 2.) Authorize for the Administrator to advertise for bids for Contract #44 – 2022 Street Paving Project IV. Adjournment  RESOLUTIONS 7/14/2022 DeLANO #1: Resolved, that the Village Administrator is directed to transfer $20,777.50 from the Contingency account of the 2022-2023 Village Budget into the Flood and Erosion Control appropriation account for Repairs – Maintenance & Paint, Etc.; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVE, that the Village of Williamsville Board of Trustees agree to enter into a jointly funded temporary dam repair project at the Village of Williamsville’s Island Park Ellicott Creek dam with the Town of Amherst. DeLANO #2: RESOLVED, that the Administrator is hereby authorized to publish legal notice for sealed bids for Contract #44 – 2022 Street Paving Project of designated Village roads; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that bids will be received at the Village Clerk’s Office, 5565 Main Street, Williamsville, New York, until 10:00am on Thursday, August 3, 2022, at which time they will be opened publicly.
