BE IT RESOLVED, the Board of the Village of Williamsville authorizes the Williamsville Village Court to apply for a JCAP grant in the 2024-25 grant cycle up to $30,000.00. HUNT #5 RESOLVED, that Local Law 10 of 2024 to amend Chapter 70 (Parks and Public Areas) relative to sound amplification to prohibit sound amplification in Garrison and South Long Parks, is hereby adopted. TORRE #1 RESOLVED, that the official date and time of Halloween Trick or Treat in the Village of Williamsville is hereby designated as Thursday, October 31st, 2024, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. 4 CELESTE #1 RESOLVED, that Nancy MacDonald, of the East Amherst, NY, is hereby appointed to the Meeting House Committee effective immediately. CELESTE #2 RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the proposal from Watts Engineers for traffic calming study and preliminary design concepts for Rinewalt, School, Academy, and Eagle Streets in the amount of $19,500, to be paid out of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. HAHN #1 RESOLVED, that Local Law 11 of 2024 to amend Chapter 103 (Vehicles and Traffic) lowering school zone speed limit on Glen Avenue and School Street, and establishing a School Zone Speed Limit on Academy Street, is hereby adopted. 5
