duly advertised, and bids for the project were opened at 10:00a.m. on Tuesday, December 3, 2024; and WHEREAS, four bids were received for the project; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Contract for the Orchard Street and Park Drive Drainage Improvements Project is hereby awarded to Milherst Construction Inc., PO Box 430, Clarence Center, New York, for their low bid amount of $205,625.00. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Agreement for Professional Services with Milherst Construction, Inc., on behalf of the Village of Williamsville. TORRE #1 RESOLVED, that Local Law #12 of 2024 to amending Chapter 15 (Building and Structures, Fire Prevention and Building Code; Demolition) relative to referral of certain demolition applications to the Historic Preservation Commission, is hereby adopted. 4
