Music on Main Season permit - $500 per location June 5 – August 28, 2025 One night per week - Thursdays only 2. Music on Main Plus permit - $1,000 per location June 5 – August 28, 2025 Two nights per week – Thursday plus Friday or Saturday during season PLUS One night per week – Thursday, Friday or Saturday only May 15 – June 5, 2025 or One night per week – Thursday, Friday or Saturday only September 4 – September 30, 2025 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the revised Mayor’s Permit Application, to include the stated permit requirements and fees for the 2025 Music on Main season, is hereby adopted for the remainder of the official 2024/2025 Village year. 4 HUNT #4 WHEREAS, the Village of Williamsville Board of Trustees adopted Local Law #5 of 2024 to require a permit for the installation or expansion of driveways or other paved surfaces; and WHEREAS, a permit fee of $50.00 has been determined as the cost of such permit; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the updated Building Fee Schedule with the addition of this paving permit and fee is hereby adopted for the remainder of the official 2024/2025 Village year. HUNT #5 RESOLVED, that the following Fire Department Vehicles are hereby declared surplus: Chief 9 2020 Chevrolet Silverado VIN: 1GCUYDED3LZ169040 Asst Chief 9-1 20202 Chevrolet Silverado VIN: 1GCUYDEDXLZ168564 Asst Chief 9-2 2020 Chevrolet Silverado VIN: 1GCUYDED5LZ168939 TORRE #1 WHEREAS, the Village of Williamsville Board of Trustees has determined that the Lehigh Valley Section House at 150 Milton Street does not currently have a gas line servicing the property; and WHEREAS, a quote in the amount of $2,086.14 from National Fuel to install a main line and service line to the building was received; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to approve quote from National Fuel in the amount of $2,086.14 to be paid from Lehigh Valley Section House Capital Improvement budget appropriation. TORRE #2 WHEREAS, the Village of Williamsville installed Bioswales throughout the Village that are designed to help reduce flooding, recharge groundwater, and improve water and air quality; and WHEREAS, the Village Bioswales have been overrun with invasive species, and are now in need of new plantings and regular maintenance, and 5 WHEREAS, the Village Board believes an organized and motivated volunteer committee is needed to help implement native plant ecosystems to assist with the proper function and sustainability of the Bioswales. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Board of Trustees hereby establishes a new volunteer committee, known as the Village Bioswales Committee. to be appointed by the Mayor and Board of Trustees annually. CELESTE #1 RESOLVED, that Local Law #2 of 2025 Amending Chapter 89 (Streets and Sidewalks) Relative to Snow and Ice Removal is hereby adopted. JACKSON #1 WHEREAS, there currently is no security system for the Glen Park Bathroom Facility and the building is in need of updated access control panels to make it more secure and allow for remote access; and WHEREAS, a quote in the amount of $4,982.00 was received by Armored Alarm, Inc., to install two access panels and readers for the electrical room and bathroom; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the proposal from Armored Alarm, Inc., in the amount of $4,982.00 to be paid from the Glen Park Capital Improvements budget appropriation. 6
