CELESTE #1 WHEREAS, the current security systems for Village Hall and the Meeting House are in need of updated access control panels to make both buildings more secure and allow for remote access; WHEREAS, three bids were received for this project; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the contract for the Access Control Cloud System at Village Hall and the Meeting House is hereby awarded to Armored Alarm Camera & Security Systems, for their low bid amount of $18,460 to be paid out of Building Maintenance budget appropriation. 4
