WHEREAS, the official 2025 Village of Williamsville Music on Main season will run from June 5, 2025
through August 28, 2025; and
WHEREAS, businesses will now have seasonal permitting options to choose from, including:
1. Music on Main Season permit - $500 per location
June 5 – August 28, 2025
One night per week - Thursdays only
2. Music on Main Plus permit - $1,000 per location
June 5 – August 28, 2025
Two nights per week – Thursday plus Friday or Saturday during season
PLUS
One night per week – Thursday, Friday or Saturday only
May 15 – June 5, 2025
and
One night per week – Thursday, Friday or Saturday only
September 4 – September 30, 2025
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the revised Mayor’s Permit Application, to include the
stated permit requirements and fees for the 2025 Music on Main season, is hereby adopted for the remainder
of the official 2024/2025 Village year.

RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the 2025 Fire and EMS Contracts as adopted by the
Hutchinson Hose.

WHEREAS, the Williamsville Fire Department has secured grant funding for two new Lucas Devices and
associated Capnography Equipment through the office of State Assemblywoman Karen McMahon in the
amount of $125,000.00; and
WHEREAS, discounted pricing obtained will expire on March 31, 2025, which represents significant
savings;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village of Williamsville will purchase two Lucas Devices and
associated Capnography Equipment through the Fire Department Capital Reserve budget appropriation lines
in the amount of $125,000.00 to be reimbursed when funding is received.
BE IT RESOLVED that Jacqueline Connelly, of Williamsville, New York, is hereby appointed as an active
member of the Williamsville Fire Department effective April 1, 2025.

WHEREAS, the Hutchinson Hose Fire Company sells surplus vehicles and equipment, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Williamsville supports a vehicle replacement program;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Village of Williamsville authorized the Hutchinson Hose Fire Chief to
sell the following equipment:

RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed to publish an advertisement for bids
for the Phase 1 I&I Correction Project. Bids for the construction of the Project are to be received at the office
of the Village Clerk until Wednesday, April 17, 2025, at 10:00am local time.

RESOLVED, that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed to publish an advertisement for bids
for the Section House Roof Replacement. Bids for the construction of the project are to be received at the
office of the Village Clerk until Wednesday, April 30, 2025, at 2:00pm local time.
HAHN #1
WHEREAS, New York General Municipal Law, Article 5-G, Section 119-o (Section 119-o) empowers
municipal corporations to enter into, amend, cancel, and terminate agreements for the performance among
themselves (or one for the other) of their respective functions, powers, and duties on a cooperative or contract
basis;
WHEREAS the Village of Williamsville wishes to invest portions of its available investment funds in
cooperation with other corporations and/or districts pursuant to the NYCLASS Municipal Cooperation
Agreement Amended and Restated as of August 1, 2023;
WHEREAS the Village of Williamsville wishes to satisfy the safety and liquidity needs of their funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer for the Village of
Williamsville is hereby authorized to apply and participate in the NYCLASS program under the terms of the
NYCLASS Municipal Cooperation Agreement Amended and Restated as of August 1, 2023.

BE IT RESOLVED that the Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of a public
hearing to be held on April 28, 2025 at 7:30pm to hear all persons interested in communicating on the
proposal to amend Chapter 112 Section 12A related to chicken coops in the Village.
JACKSON #1
RESOLVED that Walter Pacer is hereby designated Chairperson of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory
Committee until the end of the 2024-2025 official Village Year.
FURTHER RESOLVED that Catherine Waterman-Kulpa is hereby designated as Vice Chairperson of the
Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee until the end of the 2024-2025 official Village Year.
FURTHER RESOLVED that Tom Petrocelli is hereby designated as Vice Chairperson of the
Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee until the end of the 2024-2025 official Village Year.
