HUNT #4 RESOLVED that Suzanne Canell is appointed Sub-Registrar of Vital Statistics for the 2025-2026 official Village year. 3 CELESTE #1 WHEREAS, bids for the Village of Williamsville DPW Overhead Door Replacement Project were opened and read aloud by the Village of Williamsville on September 13, 2024. Two bids were submitted for this project. BE IT RESOLVED, that the contract for the DPW Overhead Door Replacement Project is hereby awarded to Lake Side Contracting Co., Inc., for their base bid of $226,000.00. CELESTE #2 RESOLVED, that Jonathan Caldwell is appointed to the Village of Williamsville Department of Public Works as a seasonal employee for the 2025-2026 Village year effective October 2, 2025. CELESTE #3 RESOLVED, that Luke Donnarummo is appointed to the Village of Williamsville Department of Public Works as a seasonal employee for the 2025-2026 Village year effective October 2, 2025. HAHN #1 RESOLVED, that Local Law #7 of 2025 is hereby adopted. JACKSON #1 RESOLVED, that Doug Richardson is hereby appointed to the Parks Committee. MEYER #1 RESOLVED, that the official date and time of Halloween Trick or Treat in the Village of Williamsville is hereby designated as Friday, October 31st from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. 4
