A critical dimension of the strategic plan is to seek the opinion of local residents on a number of related issues. Hence, the purpose of the survey is to discover what residents think about various issues and services in the City. You are being invited to participate in this initiative. Answering the survey questions is strictly voluntary, and since there are no individual-identifying marks on the survey, your answers will remain anonymous. Only the consultant will see your completed survey, so your answers will remain confidential. Please answer the survey questions honestly because your opinions will be used for guidance of the strategic planning process. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
