Commission Meeting

December 20, 2023 A regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was held on December 20, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners John Clausen, Lisa Hedstrom, Jim Schacher and President LeeAnn Domonoske-Kellar. Motion made by Clausen and seconded by Schacher to approve the minutes from the December 6, 2023 meeting as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Hedstrom to approve the agenda as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Tanner IntVeld was present to discuss the frontage road along the west side of Cenex’s property. Cenex is willing to deed the City a 66-foot-wide parcel of land along the east side of their property in exchange for the frontage road. The Commission was in favor of the exchange. A public hearing will be held later concerning the vacation of the frontage road. Motion made by Hedstrom and seconded by Schacher to approve the Flex Fund Resolution as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. The resolution will be used to apply for grant money for road improvements. Motion made by Clausen and seconded by Schacher to pay bills as presented. Roll call vote. Aye: Comm. Clausen, Hedstrom, Schacher and Pres. Domonoske-Kellar. Absent: Comm. Kary. Motion carried. With no other items for discussion, Pres.
