Commission Meeting

September 4, 2024 A regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was held on September 4, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners John Clausen, Bernell Hedstrom, Jim Schacher and President LeeAnn Domonoske-Kellar. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Clausen to approve the minutes from the August 21, 2024 meeting as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Clausen and seconded by B. Hedstrom to approve the agenda as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Clausen to approve the gaming application for the Wilton- Wing Booster Club to conduct a raffle on September 20, 2024 at the South Park. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Clausen and seconded by Schacher to approve the gaming application for the Sacred Heart Church to conduct a raffle and bingo on October 6, 2024 at the Wilton Memorial Hall. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by B. Hedstrom and seconded by Clausen to approve the gaming application for Delta Waterfowl to conduct a raffle on January 25, 2025 at the Wilton Memorial Hall. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Clausen and seconded by Schacher to pay bills as presented. Roll call vote. Aye: Comm. Clausen, B. Hedstrom, Schacher and Pres. Domonoske-Kellar. Absent: Comm. L. Hedstrom. Motion carried. With no other items for discussion Pres.
