Organizational Meeting

July 3, 2024 An organizational meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was held on July 3, 2024, 7:00 p.m. at the City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners John Clausen, Bernell Hedstrom, Lisa Hedstrom, Jim Schacher and Pres. LeeAnn Domonoske-Kellar. Motion made by L. Hedstrom and seconded by Clausen to approve the agenda as presented. All voted aye, motion carried. The following appointments were approved by the Commission: Pattie Solberg as Wilton City Auditor Ryan Oberg (McLean County Assessor) as the City Assessor Bruce Wagendorf and Bob Ell to a 4-year term on the Planning and Zoning Board Matt Leidy and Tim Smallbeck to 2-year term on the Planning and Zoning Board Jim Schacher as the Street Commissioner Bernell Hedstrom as the Police Commissioner Lisa Hedstrom as the Finance Commissioner John Clausen as the Water/Sewer Commissioner With no other items for discussion Pres.
