Organizationl Meeting

An organizational meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was held on July 6, 2022, 7:00 p.m. at the City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners John Clausen, Bill Kary, Lisa Hedstrom, Jim Schacher and Pres. LeeAnn Domonoske-Kellar. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Hedstrom to approve the agenda as presented. All voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Kary and seconded by Clausen to appoint the following positions: Pattie Solberg as Wilton City Auditor Dave Lindell of Lindell Law Office as the City Attorney Ryan Oberg (McLean County Assessor) as the City Assessor Bruce Wagendorf and Bill Harris to a 2-year term on the Planning and Zoning Board Lisa Hedstrom as the Street Commissioner Jim Schacher as the Police Commissioner Bill Kary as the Finance Commissioner John Clausen as the Water/Sewer Commissioner All voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Hedstrom to appoint Commissioner Clausen as Vice President of the Commission. All voted aye, motion carried. With no other items for discussion Pres.
