Special Meeting

June 21, 2022 A special meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was held on June 21, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. at the City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners John Clausen, Bill Kary, Lisa Hedstrom, Jim Schacher and Pres. LeeAnn Domonoske-Kellar. Motion made by Schacher and seconded Clausen to finalize the agenda as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the additional 1 million dollars in grant funding the City recently received. Motion made by Kary and seconded by Schacher to add Bismarck Avenue and Dakota Avenue to project area. All present voted aye, motion carried. The additional improvement area will be put out for bid at a later date. Total cost of the additional work cannot exceed the grant. With no other items for discussion Pres.
