Wilton Park Board Meeting Minutes
Date: May 22, 2025

Attendees
• Present: Nicole Schurhamer, Brian Dusek, Amy Rust
1. Call to Order
• Nicole called the meeting to order at 8:00pm
2. Approval of Minutes from last Meeting
The minutes from the April 10th meeting were reviewed and approved as presented.
3. Treasurer’s Report
• Current account balance: $67,037.49
• $1,775 in summer program registrations still needing to be deposited.
Old Business
4. Splash Pad Update
• Rain has delayed the concrete being poured. Hoping to have this started and completed in the next week.
• Nicole is checking with Jamie about the sign being made by Mann Signs recognizing the American
Legion for their splash pad donation.
5. Wild in Wilton
Details reviewed and plans finalized, discussed who is responsible for what tasks. Schedule of events, Pub
Crawl, street dance, etc.
New Business
Summer program numbers were discussed as well as adding a second paid coaching position for softball.
Review of use of scoreboard and discussed how the app module in the scoreboard does not work, phone call
being made to see if it can be fixed by Nicole.
• Amy made a motion to add a second paid coaching position to support the summer softball program (30
kids). Brian seconded the motion, motion carried- Approved.
Meeting adjourned at 8:45pm.
