Commission Meeting

June 4, 2025 Unofficial Minutes A regular meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was held on June 4, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners Bernell Hedstrom, Lisa Hedstrom, Mike Schmit and Pres. LeeAnn Domonoske-Kellar. Motion made by L. Hedstrom and seconded by Schmit to approve the meeting minutes from May 21, 2025 as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schmit and seconded by B. Hedstrom to approve the agenda as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. All present voted aye, motion carried. General discussion was held about properties that need to be sent compliance letters for ordinance violations. Motion made by B. Hedstrom and seconded by L. Hedstrom to approve the second reading and final passage of ordinance 9.1412- Recreational Vehicles and Trailers – Slide Outs as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by L. Hedstrom and seconded by B. Hedstrom to approve the moving and building application from Dennis and Amy Beehler to move a manufactured home and construct a 32’ x32’ garage at 1462 175 Street NW as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. The Planning and Zoning Board approved the applications on June 2, 2025. Motion made by B. Hedstrom and seconded by Schmit to approve a noise variance for the Wild in Wilton event on June 21, 2025 until 2:00 am on June 22, 2025. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by L. Hedstrom and seconded by Schmit to close Dakota Avenue from 2nd Street to Railway Street on June 21, 2025 for the Wild in Wilton event. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Schmit and seconded by L. Hedstrom to pay bills as presented. Roll call vote. Aye: Comm. B. Hedstrom, L. Hedstrom, Schmit and Pres. Domonoske-Kellar. Absent: Comm. Clausen. Motion carried. With no other items for discussion Pres.
