Special Commission Meeting

June 11, 2025 Unofficial Minutes A special hearing of the Board of City Commissioners was held on June 11, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners John Clausen, Bernell Hedstrom, Lisa Hedstrom, Mike Schmit and President LeeAnn Domonoske-Kellar. Also present was City Engineer, A.J. Tuck. Motion made by Schmit and seconded by Clausen to approve the agenda as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. General discussion was held about modifying several valley gutters in the improvement project area. Due to the estimated cost, the Board felt the modification should be done with a future street project and not included in the water and sewer project. With no other items for discussion Pres.
