Special Meeting

May 10, 2022 A special meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was held on May 10, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners Lisa Hedstrom, Jim Schacher and Pres. LeeAnn Domonoske- Kellar. Motion made by Schacher and seconded by Hedstrom to approve the agenda as presented. All present voted aye, Motion carried. This meeting was held at the request of Mike Haag with the Confederation of Clubs. Motion made by Hedstrom and seconded Schacher to approve the Confederation of Clubs gaming application to conduct a raffle at the Wilton Memorial Hall on May 14, 2022. All present voted aye, Motion carried. Motion made by Hedstrom and seconded by Schacher to approve the liquor license transfer for the Sportsmen’s Bar to serve alcohol at the Memorial Hall on May 14, 2022 for the Confederation of Clubs Banquet.
