A special meeting of the Board of City Commissioners was held on October 3, 2024, at 7:30 p.m. at the
City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners Bernell Hedstrom, Lisa Hedstrom and President LeeAnn
Domonoske-Kellar.
Motion made by L. Hedstrom and seconded by B. Hedstrom to approve the agenda as presented. All
present voted aye, motion carried.
Motion made by B. Hedstrom and second by L. Hedstrom to approve Tand Construction pay application
15 for the 2022 Improvement Project for $149,628.41. All present voted aye, motion carried.
Motion made by B. Hedstrom and second by L. Hedstrom to approve Tand Construction pay application
7 for the 2023 Improvement Project for $326,587.67. All present voted aye, motion carried.
With no other items for discussion Pres. Domonoske-Kellar declared the meeting adjourned at 7:31 p.m.
