Special Meeting

April 17, 2025 Unofficial Minutes A special hearing of the Board of City Commissioners was held on April 17, at 2:45 p.m. at the City Meeting Room. Present Commissioners John Clausen, Bernell Hedstrom by speaker phone and Pres. Domonoske-Kellar. Motion made by Clausen and seconded by B. Hedstrom to approve the agenda as presented. All present voted aye, motion carried. Motion made by Clausen and seconded by B. Hedstrom to approve emergency repairs to Wilton Memorial Hall roof and to hire Phoenix Construction to make the repairs. Roll call vote. Aye Commissioner Clausen, B. Hedstrom and Pres.
