Adjourn MINUTES The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 5:45 p.m. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Deputy Mayor Corrigan. Members Present: Mayor Seth Leonard Councilors: Brian Corrigan, Brian Sweeney, Nicole Mace, Robert Millar absent. Officers Present: Katherine Decarreau, City Manager III. Consent Agenda MOTION by Councilor Mace seconded by Councilor Corrigan to approve the consent agenda as presented. Voted and passed 3-0. IV. Regular Items: a. Discussion: Amendment to Introduction to Section 25.03. Fines, Penalties and Scofflaw February 29, 2016 Agenda Winooski City Council There was an amendment to the Introduction to Section 25.03. Fines, Penalties and Scofflaw. See attached. V. Executive Session – Settlement Agreement MOTION by Councilor Mace seconded by Councilor Corrigan to go into Executive Session to discuss Settlement Agreement. Voted and passed 3-0. VI. Adjourn MOTION by Councilor Sweeney seconded by Councilor Mace to adjourn City Council meeting at 6:02 p.m. Voted and passed 3-0.
