Approval: Monkey Hospitality LLC requesting approval for two Catering Permits for Waking Windows event to be held on May 6 and May 7. c. Approval: Big Red Presents dba Misery Loves Co requesting approval for a Catering Permit for Waking Windows event to be held on May 6 and May 7. IV. Adjourn MINUTES The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 6:00 p.m. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Deputy Mayor Corrigan. Members Present: Mayor Seth Leonard Councilors: Brian Corrigan, Brian Sweeney, Nicole Mace, Robert Millar Officers Present: Katherine Decarreau, City Manager; Carol Barrett, City Clerk, John Audy, Code Enforcement Director; Ray Coffey, Community Services Director; Angela Aldieri, Staff Accountant; James Ticehurst, Treasurer. Others Present: Jeff Graham, Graham & Graham; Regina Mahoney, CCRPC, Ali Fogel, Beth Rogers, Michael O’Brien, Matthew Ennis, Susan Eddy, Planning Commission; Kelly Saunders. III. Regular Items: April 18, 2016 Minutes Winooski City Council a. Approval: Four Quarters Brewing LLC requesting approval for Outside Consumption Permit and Entertainment Permit. Discussion ensued concerning the Outside Consumption Permit. Mr. Eckert is asking for year round outside consumption and this request is different from last year The Entertainment permit was also discussed and the council would like some feed back from the neighbors. They would like Mr. Eckert to reach out to them and come back to us. This item was tabled to the May 2, 2016 Liquor Control Meeting. b. Approval: Monkey Hospitality LLC requesting approval for two Catering Permits for Waking Windows event to be held on May 6 and May 7. Ali Fogel representing the Monkey Hospitality, LLC is requesting a caterer’s permit for Waking Windows on May 6 and May 7. They will have a tent outside located in the parking spaces outside of Monkey House. The other request is located on Winooski Falls Way. See attached caterer’s permits. MOTION by Councilor Corrigan seconded by Councilor Mace to approve the Catering Permits for Monkey Hospitality to be held on May 6 and May 7 as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. c. Approval: Big Red Presents dba Misery Loves Co requesting approval for a Catering Permit for Waking Windows even to be held on May 6 and May 7. Ali Fogel representing Big Red Presents dba Misery Loves Co. They are requesting a Catering Permit for Waking Windows Weekend to be held on May 6 and May 7. This tent will be in front of Misery Loves Co in the parking spaces. See attached Caterer’s Permit. MOTION by Councilor Sweeney seconded by Councilor Millar to approve the Catering Permit for Big Red Presents dba Misery Loves Co to be held on May 6 and May 7 as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. IV. Adjourn MOTION by Councilor Millar seconded by Councilor Sweeney to adjourn the Liquor Control Meeting at 6:20 p.m. Voted and passed 4-0.
