Adjourn MINUTES The meeting was called to order by the Mayor at 6:00 p.m. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Deputy Mayor Corrigan Members Present: Mayor Seth Leonard Councilors: Brian Corrigan, Brian Sweeney, Nicole Mace, Robert Millar Officers Present: Katherine Decarreau, City Manager; Carol Barrett, City Clerk; Angela Aldieri, Staff Accountant; John Audy, Code Enforcement Director; Ray Coffey, Community Services Director; Peter Wernsdorfer, Public Works Director; Others Present: Brian Eckert, Four Qtrs Brewery; Maura O’Neill, WCP; Sam Viens, Will Stamp, Felix Wai, ArtsRiot; Danielle Patterson, Kelsey Adams III. Regular Items: a. Approval: Four Quarters Brewing LLC requesting approval for: Outside Consumption Permit May 2, 2016 Agenda Winooski City Council  Entertainment Permit – Waking Windows May 6-8 Entertainment Permit – Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, (Annual) Mr. Eckert said for his Annual Entertainment Permit it will be Friday, Saturday & Sunday from May thru October. We will have live music 2 to 3 hours and it will go till 9:00 p.m. He said he also sent out a letter to the neighbors. See attached. MOTION by Councilor Corrigan seconded by Councilor Millar to approve the Outside Consumption Permit, Entertainment Permit for Waking Windows May 6 -8 and Entertainment Permit for Friday, Saturday, Sunday as presented. Voted and passed 4-0. MOTION by Councilor Millar seconded by Councilor Corrigan to adjourn Liquor Control meeting at 6:08 p.m. Voted and passed 4-0.
